Last night's episode saw a possible threat to the "twin twist," Ginger Fever was still in effect for the week and the POV was at stake for both John and DaVonne. Audrey still feeling left out in the cold with conversations had her suspicious of being the target. Meanwhile I'm still trying to figure out who's HOH it is this week, is it Shelli's or Clay's or Becky's or the house? Also where is the mystery phone that Kathy Griffin was supposed to call from? So many questions and it's an hour long show. Here's my recap of yesterday's episode.

DaVonne fights to stay in the house

It was pretty clear to DaVonne that John made no effort in trying to save himself or DaVonne in the BOTB competition. While Jason & Steve were celebrating their victory. Becky was not upset to be dethroned because she believes that Shelli is continuing with the plan to backdoor Audrey after the POV competition. Little does Becky know that Shelli's target for the week is DaVonne. It was frustrating to hear Becky content in being dethroned because her goal as HOH was to establish new relationships and relying on Shelli to get "blood on her hands," by doing Becky's dirty work. But really it seems as the Shelli is doing Clay's "dirty work," after having had an argument with DaVonne and stating to Shelli, DaVonne would threaten her game when in all actually threatens Clay's game. So which I ask, who's really the HOH this week? Becky who just go dethroned, Clay who seems to be having conversations with houseguests making promises for their safety this week or Shelli who actually won and still in power but relies too much on other's opinion? I think this answer is quite clear.

Interning for Kathy Griffin for the POV

Seems like DaVonne couldn't catch a break during the POV player selection. Shelli drew "Houseguest Choice," selecting Clay, who Jason would say was "Hercules," to her "Princess," while John drew Meg and DaVonne wanted to draw Jason but ended up drawing Steve. Jackie hosted the competition and the object of the competition was to remember seven items Kathy demanded from her intern. However the intern would grab six of the seven and it was up to the houseguest to figure out which item was missing and pick it up. It was played two houseguests at a time, if the houseguest selected the wrong item they would be eliminated, if the houseguest correctly brought back the item and pressed their button they would remain in the competition.

To add to DaVonne's theory of John not helping to save her, John was selected first to compete and opted to select DaVonne as his competition. The items were hilarious to hear what demands Kathy wanted, continuing on with the theme of Ginger Fever, the competition took place during the filming of the fictional TV show. These items included a cereal of "Veto Os," a kiddy pool, a sombrero and my personal favorite a framed picture of the first evicted houseguest of season 14 Jodi. After John eliminated DaVonne from the competition, Clay eliminated Steve, Meg was eliminated Shelli and John eliminated Meg. In the final round it was John and Clay for the win. DaVonne was now cheering for John to win in hopes that Audrey would be put up as the replacement nominee. Clay wanted to win because he wouldn't use the veto on either nominee to ensure DaVonne's eviction. But the Dentists from Scranton, PA was victorious winning the POV.

Shelli's Pawn Replacement

It was amusing to find out Shelli didn't think of a scenario when John would win POV and use it on himself who her replacement nominee would be. Even though Becky and most of the house assumed Audrey would be her replacement nomination. Audrey herself had suspicion that she would be nominated because no one would talk game with her. However this should come to no surprise after her disastrous attempts to control everything the first week of the game. It was Clay however ensuring Audrey she wouldn't be nominated and that he was giving her a "second chance," to still be in the game. Last time I checked however this was Shelli's HOH, not his but he seems to be reaping the benefits by canoodling with the person in power and Shelli doesn't seem to mind at all. I just want to see the montage of this showmance because it's abundantly clear to the viewers and the houseguest that Shelli and Clay are a power couple.

Shelli had a conversation with John asking him not to use the POV on himself, which if he had decided to do so would not be a first in Big Brother. However John knows even though he may be a pawn, the recurring state of "pawns go home," continues to be mentioned. Shell then asked whom she should put up asking for John's opinion and he throws out Becky and Liz's name. Liz who secretly has been playing the game with her twin sister Julia was not thrilled when finding out she was a possible replacement nomination. Austin and Vanessa went to Shelli and campaigned for Meg to be nominated with the reasoning, who's going to vote out sweet Meg over fiery outspoken DaVonne? Then at the POV ceremony, John decided to use the POV on himself and Shelli selected Meg as the replacement nominee.

My Predictions for "Last Laugh" Twist, Eviction & HOHs

With this week's "BB Take Over," being done by comedienne Kathy Griffin, she mentioned to the viewers and the houseguest about the "Last Laugh," twist which would happen at the live eviction vote. To win this power the houseguests would be receiving a call from Kathy on a phone that was magically delivered in the house and whoever answered the seventh time, would receiving this power. This power would be to prevent three houseguests' votes from counting in the live eviction. I predict and hope that in a last ditch effort DaVonne will win this twist. However if she doesn't win this power it will be a 7-5 vote for her eviction. Meanwhile for the HOH competitions I predict Austin and Jeff to win.

But we'll just have to tune in tonight at 9pm on CBS Detroit 62 to see who will receive the "Last Laugh," twist power, who's evicted from the Big Brother house and which two houseguests will be the new HOHs.
