Lansing Area Man Dies After Motorized Wheelchair Hit By Vehicle
EATON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say a 61-year-old man has died after his motorized wheelchair was hit by a vehicle in Eaton County.
The sheriff's department says the crash happened Thursday night in Eaton Township. The man's name wasn't immediately released.
The sheriff's department says the man was traveling in the road when he was struck about 15 miles southwest of Lansing.
No other injuries are reported. The death is under investigation.
