1 Killed, 1 Hurt In Car V. Truck Crash In Lyon Township
LYON TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - One person was killed and another was injured in a car-truck crash in Oakland County.
It happened late Monday afternoon on Milford Road at 11 Mile Road in Lyon Township.
A spokeswoman for Huron Valley Ambulance confirmed to WWJ Newsradio 950 that one person died at the scene and another was taken to a local hospital. It was not immediately clear how badly the surviving victim was hurt.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
No names have been released.
Milford Road was closed at 11 Mile as police remained on the scene after 5:30 p.m.
