1 Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash In Bloomfield Township
BLOOMIELD TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - One person has been killed in a multi-vehicle accident shutting down a stretch of South Boulevard in both directions.
It happened at around 2 p.m. Friday, just west of Squirrel Road in Bloomfield Township.
It was not immediately clear if there were any additional injuries and no details about the victim have been released.
South Boulevard remained closed at 3:30 p.m. and police said the closure could last into the afternoon rush hour. Auburn, Adams and Square Lake roads are recommended as the best alternates for those traveling in the area.
The cause of the crash is not known as an investigation continues.
