Witness Alerts Coast Guard To Man Jumping Off Belle Isle Bridge

DETROIT (WWJ) - The Coast Guard is searching for a man who was seen jumping off the Belle Isle Bridge Monday.

A spokesman for the Coast Guard says a passerby called to report the man jumped about 8:30 a.m. A Coast Guard helicopter is over the Detroit River.

Border Patrol agents, Michigan State Police and the Harbor Master are also helping in the search.
