In Rare Move, Cops Release Photos Of Johns Caught In Sex Sting

FLINT (CBS Detroit) It's a common complaint: Cops arrest prostitutes and release the johns who allow their careers to flourish.

Not this time.

Flint police not only arrested men who they said were paying for sex -- They also took their pictures and posted them on Facebook.

These four men were caught in a July sting, police said, and were just charged with various counts of accosting and soliciting.

Charges were issued against Danny Boillat, 64, Sammie Orr, 52, Thomas Shinabarger, 53, and Alec Rutherford,20.

Zachariah Shustock, 24, has been charged and arraigned for Prostitution - Accosting and Soliciting.

And they're not done: Police say additional suspects nabbed in sex stings will have their photos posted once the charges have been issued.

Comments on Facebook range from "wow" to "Awesome! If women are being arrested and charged, it's only fair that men are too!"

One woman claims in a Facebook comment that one of the men pictured is on Facebook with his newborn son, posing with a message about how a son's first hero is his father.
