The Detroit Tigers were busy at the 2015 Trade Deadline, shipping away David Price, Yoenis Cespedes and Joakim Soria for a crop of young prospects. It was widely believed that the team would look to bring back Price and Cespedes, but rumblings about Soria were quiet, until now.

Tony Paul, baseball writer for the Detroit News, said on Twitter Monday night that the team will look to bring back the 31-year-old reliever.

Soria was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates for prospect JaCoby Jones, who played 37 games for Double-A Erie in 2015.

Soria posted a 3-1 record, 23 saves, a 2.85 ERA (41.0IP/13ER), and 36 strikeouts over 43 appearances with the Tigers this past season.
