Man Held In Connection With Beating, Robbery Of 89-Year-Old

STERLING HEIGHTS (WWJ) - Police in Sterling Heights have arrested a man believed to be connected to the beating of an elderly man.

According to Channel 4 -- the 46-year-old man, whose name hasn't been released, was arrested on Saturday night. He's believed to have beaten and robbed 89-year-old Frank Bogucki in the driveway of his home on Thursday.

The man in custody allegedly has a history of robbery.

He's set to be arraigned in 41-A District Court on Monday.
