The Oakland University Golden Grizzlies were beaten by undefeated 97-88 Southern Illinois Wednesday night. That was not good for fans of Greg Kampe's team, but the 102 second half points helped those of us who had the over.
Maybe it is the influence of the Philadelphia Eagles in town to face the Lions, but for tonight I am focusing on a Philadelphia inner-city battle between LaSalle and the Penn Quakers. A wise man told me not to bet on rivalry games,but what the hell. I am taking the Explorers of LaSalle -4 to beat Penn as my PLAY OF THE DAY.
