"The Choice" Is A Love Story That Couples Everywhere Can Relate To

DETROIT (WWJ) - Another novel from best-selling author Nicholas Sparks hits the big screen. The latest is "The Choice," which follows a couple from their very first meeting through a lifetime of, yes, choices.

Travis Shaw and Gabby Holland meet as neighbors in a small, picturesque North Carolina town. Shaw is a veterinarian, loving life as a bachelor, while Holland has a serious boyfriend and is preparing to take her board exams. The two don't exactly hit it off when they meet, but they eventually become friends before the sparks start to fly.

"The Choice" follows Shaw and Holland as they're faced with some very difficult decisions; decisions that - no matter what - will change the course of their lives. This movie is at times funny, and as with any relationship, at times sad and heartwrenching.

"I think people are really gonna be amazed at the wide range of emotion, everything from laughter, to sadness, to deep heartfelt emotion, and I think that this film does an extraordinary job of at really moving the viewer through all the emotions of life," said author and producer Nicholas Sparks.

Yes, "The Choice" is definitely a story that couples everywhere will be able to relate to. And, it's one that longtime Sparks fans - as well as those who may be new to his work - will thoroughly enjoy.

See you at the movies!
