Detroit Woman Goes Missing After Leaving Apartment Building
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman who has been missing since last weekend.
Police say 45-year-old Bobby Poe was last seen around 9 a.m. Saturday leaving the lobby of her apartment building in the 7000 block of East Jefferson, along the Detroit River near the bridge to Belle Isle.
Poe is in good physical condition but only has the mental capacity of an 8- or 9-year-old child, according to police.
Poe is described as a black female, 5'0" tall and 145 lbs. with short finger wave hair. She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt and blue jeans.
