Lansing Baseball Team Looks To Fill Roughly 200 Jobs

LANSING (WWJ/AP) - The Lansing Lugnuts minor league baseball team is looking to hire roughly 200 people during an upcoming job fair.

The job fair is being held 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Lansing Center.

Assistant general manager Linda Frederickson told Lansing State Journal that the team is looking to fill job openings in several areas, including concession stands, guest services, retail, box office, operations and the stadium grounds crew.

Frederickson says most jobs start at minimum wage with the possibility of a pay increase. Job applicants must be 16 or older.

The Lugnuts' season goes from April to September.
