The Detroit Lions' weakest link in 2015 was the offensive line, and no one knows that better than QB Matthew Stafford, who was sacked 44 times (sixth most in the NFL).

Thursday evening, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that free agent LT Russell Okung has a visit scheduled with the Lions. Does this mean relief for Stafford?

Okung was the sixth pick in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks. Over the past six seasons Okung has been the starter in Seattle.

He battled injuries over his career and hasn't played a full season yet. Okung played in 13 games in 2015, starting all 13, for the Seahawks while dealing with ankle and calf injuries.

According to the Detroit Free Press, he had shoulder surgery which could keep him out until training camp.

The 28-year-old, 6 foot 5 inch tall 310 pound player would be expected to play LT tackle for the Lions. Riley Reiff would move to RT.
