2 Men Wanted In Kidnapping, Rape Of Woman In Lincoln Park [PHOTOS]

LINCOLN PARK (WWJ) - Police in Lincoln Park are looking for help to identify two men wanted for a horrific kidnapping and sexual assault.

Police say the suspects pulled a handgun on a woman last Wednesday, at around 9 p.m., as she was parked at a Walgreens pharmacy at Fort St. and Southfield Rd. They allegedly carjacked her and then drove around in her vehicle "periodically taking turns raping" her, according to police.

The suspects were caught on security camera, police said, when they stopped by buy cigarettes at a Sunoco gas station convenience store on Southfield Rd.

The ordeal ended with the pair letting their victim go because the younger suspect, who was on a tether, "needed to be home by 10 p.m.," according to police.

The victim dialed 911 and was taken to a local hospital to be checked out.

Suspect number one (pictured) is described as a black male with a medium complexion, around 22 years old, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 150 lbs. He was wearing a black hoodie under a blue jacket, jeans and black shoes with red trim.

The second suspect is a black male with a darker complexion, around 19 years old, and 6 feet tall, 150 lbs. His hair was described as "hanging braids." He was wearing a tether, a zippered dark blue jacket and black jeans.

Anyone who may know the suspects or who has any information about this crime is asked to call LPPD detectives at 313-381-1800.
