'Comic Book Men' Star Ming Chen Says The Bad Boys Era Pistons Are The Best Of All-Time

Novi (WXYT) -- Motor City Comic Con attracts fans from around the state and beyond to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi each year and Bill McAllister ran into a media guest with Michigan connections.

Ming Chen from AMC's "Comic Book Men" grew up around Ann Arbor graduated from U-M and is a huge Detroit sports fan.

Wearing a Pistons Bad Boys shirt Chen said, "The 87, 88, 89, 90 Pistons probably the best basketball teams ever."

Chen lamented about the Detroit Tigers slump and the Max Scherzer trade saying how owner Mike Ilitch should have paid to keep him in Detroit. Scherzer recently pitched 20 strikeouts to lead the Nationals to a 3-2 win over the Tigers.

Also at the Con, McAllister asked current events questions to in attendance including many in costumes. Did Brad Ausmus pull Ryan Pelfry at the right time? Which presidential candidate will get their vote?
