Polish Market Closes Doors At Hamtramck Location

HAMTRAMCK (WWJ) - It's the end of the road for the Polish Market store in Hamtramck.

A sign outside the building, on Joseph Campau near Caniff, says the closure was "due to circumstances beyond our control."

Reports say the market was shut down over the weekend due to a lack of business, with employees being offered the chance to move to Polish Market's Troy location, which remains open on Maple Road at Dequindre.
