Michigan Woman Among The 'Big Brother' 18 Cast

CBS announced Tuesday the 12 cast members to appear on "Big Brother" season 18. They will spend 99 days this summer in front of the cameras enduring challenges, plot twists, backstabbing, weird food, evictions, the insult machine Zingbot 3000 all while competing for $500,000.

Local woman Michelle Meyer, a 23-year-old nutritionist from Washington Township, Mich. was selected to join the cast.

The three-hour premiere spans two nights, with two hours on Wednesday, June 22 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), and one hour on Thursday, June 23 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Julie Chen returns as the host of the hit summer series.

"Big Brother" can be seen locally on CBS 62 Sundays at 8 p.m. Wednesdays at 8 p.m. and Thursdays at 9 p.m. beginning June 26.

The following 12 new Houseguests will spend the summer competing for $500,000:

Victor Arroyo, a 25-year-old gym manager from Slidell, La.
Corey Brooks, a 25-year-old baseball coach from Dallas
Paulie Calafiore, a 27-year-old DJ from Howell, N.J.
Bronte D'Acquisto, a 26-year-old student currently residing in Denver
Bridgette Dunning, a 24-year-old traveling nurse currently residing in Ventura, Calif.
Zakiyah Everette, a 24-year-old preschool teacher from Charlotte, N.C.
Jozea Flores, a 25-year-old makeup artist currently living in Los Angeles
Glenn Garcia, a 50-year-old dog groomer and former police detective from the Bronx
Michelle Meyer, a 23-year-old nutritionist from Washington Township, Mich.
Natalie Negrotti, a 26-year-old event coordinator currently residing in Franklin Park, N.J.

, a 32-year-old high school teacher currently living in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
