Police: Thirsty Young Thieves Steal Several Bottles Of Top-Shelf Booze [PHOTOS]

WEST BLOOMFIELD (WWJ) - Police are hoping the public can help identify two young men wanted for stealing multiple bottles of liquor from an Oakland County gas station.

The most recent robbery happened around 11 p.m. last Thursday, June 9, at the BP gas station at Farmington and 14 Mile roads in West Bloomfield.

Police say the suspects use distraction techniques on the cashier while one designated person leaves the store with the stolen bottles -- usually Patron, which sells for $60 to $100.

The suspects have hit the station multiple times in the past few weeks, stealing approximately $500 worth of liquor, according to police,

The suspects are black males believed to be between 18-22 years of age. Police say three suspects are involved but one may be a juvenile, so they are withholding his picture.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects or who has any other information is urged to contact police at 248-975-8981.
