Westland Police Seek Tips To ID Man Wanted For Credit Card Fraud

WESTLAND (WWJ) - Police in Westland are looking for help from the public to identify a young man accused of fraudulently using elderly Ferndale woman's credit.

Police say the suspect, who is a regular at the Sunoco Gas Station located at 31215 Warren Rd., likely lives or works in the area.

He was caught on security camera and police are hoping someone will recognize him.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 22 years old, 6 feet tall and 175 lbs. He has a full beard and a mustache, and both of his forearms are fully tattooed.

He was driving a white SUV which appears to be a Honda or Hyundai with an out-of-state plate during this incident and had also been seen driving a silver truck in the past.
