Terry Foster: Who's Got It Better Than Michigan? A Lot Of Teams

"Who's got it better than us?"

Currently a lot of college football teams have it better than Michigan. However, Jim Harbaugh is changing that with every rap, camp and rant. The old and stodgy in college football mock the man and his clownish behavior. In a few years mocking will turn into other coaches trying to be cool and hip.

Spartans and college football pundits are having a good old laugh after Harbaugh appeared in a video with rapper Bailey. It is a cheesy rap video that sometimes gets your feet tapping. Some of it was taped at Michigan Stadium and Harbaugh screams almost as loud as a Republican speaker when he says "Who's got it better than us? Nobody!!"

Actually, Alabama, Michigan State and Ohio State have it better than Michigan, but this video and all the wacky things Harbaugh does is going to change that. He is building a brand outside the block M, and the Big House and even himself. Stunts like this are not meant for me and many of you out there. Harbaugh is appealing to young people who might play for him some day.

They love it when a coach is different and edgy. Harbaugh is all of that and a bag of chips.

** Tigers pitcher Anibal Sanchez turned in a nice outing during the Tigers 6-2 loss to the Minnesota Twins Tuesday evening. The bottom line is the Tigers lost again with him on the mound and hopefully he won't remain in the starting rotation when Daniel Norris returns from his rehab assignment. Sanchez pitched into the seventh, gave up seven hits and struck out 10.

The Valenti and Foster show promises to continue to make fireworks sounds when he pitches because we saw a new guy on the mound. Maybe he was tired of the ridicule.
Bang.

** I wanted to live tweet the entire Republican National Convention but have grown bored with it. The only thing that can save it is Donald Trump. Between angry men screaming and boring speakers this has been a dismal affair. Even the delegates are bored and barely applaud certain speakers. It is hilarious watching certain speakers try to pump up the crowd about Trump. I don't know if they are trying to convince fellow Republicans Trump is the guy or trying to convince themselves.

I cannot wait until next week when the Democrats try to sell us on Hillary Clinton being truthful. That could be just as hilarious.
