Police say Iannotti was out on bond when he allegedly beat 61-year-old Dona Lawrence to death last week.

Police called him dangerous and elusive and ran down his criminal record that included auto theft and assault.

Investigators say he had just bonded out of jail and cut his tether the day before he allegedly beat Dona Lawrence to death in her apartment

There was no bond in this case, but the judge set a $2 million in another case against Iannotti.
