Donald Trump Plans Campaign Rally Near Lansing Friday
WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WWJ/AP) — Donald Trump is scheduled to hold a campaign rally near Lansing later this week — and tickets are available.
The Republican presidential candidate will rally supporters Friday afternoon at the Summit Sports and Ice Complex in Eaton County's village of Dimondale.
This will be Trump's second visit to Michigan in as many weeks, following a speech at the Detroit Economic Club last week during which he outlined his economic plan — one of his first major speeches offering details on domestic policy.
The Summit Sports and Ice Complex is located at 9410 Davis Highway in Dimondale, which is within Windsor Township.
The public can fill out a form to request tickets (two per phone number provided) for Trump's Friday event on a first-come, first-served basis on Trump's campaign website at this link. He's scheduled to speak at 2 p.m.
This visit follows a campaign stop by Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in Warren last week.
