Detroit Pistons Announce On-Sale Date For Individual Games

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – The Detroit Pistons announced today that individual tickets for the 2016-17 regular season will go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 16 at Noon at The Palace Box Office (248-377-0100), online at www.pistons.com and at all TicketMaster Outlets or by calling 800-745-3000.

The home schedule begins at The Palace on Friday, October 28 with Opening Night versus the Orlando Magic at 7:30 p.m. followed by match-ups with the Milwaukee Bucks (October 30) and the New York Knicks (November 1).

Popular weekend promo nights will return to The Palace this season including "Friday Night Out" presented by Bud Light, the most exciting place to kick-start the weekend, "Super Saturdays" presented by United Shore, focused on experiences for the entire family and "Motor City Sundays," a celebration of all things Detroit. Weekend promo nights for the upcoming season include something for every fan in attendance and are listed as follows:

• "Friday Night Out" - Presented by Bud Light, Friday Night Out is the place to start your weekend and the ultimate night of the week to party with the Pistons. Fans can unwind and enjoy the highest flying team in the city, great food & beverage options, world-class entertainment teams and the most entertaining halftime acts in the NBA. After a long week, The Palace is the most fun and exciting place to kick-start the weekend.

• "Super Saturdays" - Presented by United Shore, Super Saturdays focus on the entire Palace experience. Whether you come for the action on the court, deals and discounts during Power Hour or the entertaining halftime shows, fans will find it all at The Palace on Super Saturdays.

• "Motor City Sundays" - Motor City Sundays give fans a chance to showcase their shared pride in celebration of all things Detroit and family. The Detroit Pistons will wear their Motor City Pride Jerseys exclusively for all Sunday home games. Doors open early for Sunday tip-offs to give families and friends a chance to wrap up the weekend together and enjoy a Detroit pride-centric game night experience.

"Power Hour," beginning 90 minutes prior to each game in the North Pavilion, will return this season with the focus on kids and families, offering fans merchandise and food and beverage specials along with appearances from Pistons, legends, Hooper and Pistons entertainment teams, as well as other interactive activities. Also, a free Pistons Action Guide game program will supply fans with game information, a collectible Pistons player poster and special merchandise and food and beverage discounts.
