'Quick Change' Scam Caught On Camera At Westland Restaurant [VIDEO]

WESTLAND (WWJ) -- Police are looking for a person wanted for completing a "quick change" scam at a restaurant in Westland last month.

The crime took place at the Golden Corral restaurant on Warren Ave. and Inkster Rd. on September 27.

In a quick change scam a person asks for change at a register at a restaurant or business. In the process they attempt to confuse the cashier by continuously changing their requests and attempt to quickly pocket money during the confusion.

Anyone able to identify the subject is asked to contact the Westland Police Department at 734-722-9600.
