Turkey Hill Dairy is recalling select 48 oz. containers of its Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream because the package may contain Rocky Road Premium Ice Cream instead of Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream.

The packages may include undeclared ingredients of almonds and eggs, and could be harmful to consumers with food sensitivity or allergy to these ingredients.

The recalled products were distributed in Michigan and 24 other states.

The cup of the affected package reads "Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream" and the package lid reads "Rocky Road Premium Ice Cream."

The recalled product includes UPC code "20735-42095" with a sell by date (printed on the bottom of the package) of May 23, 2017. The company says all affected packages would have been purchased by consumers after September 8, 2016.

No reports of illness have been received.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled products can return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or contact Turkey Hill Dairy at 1-800-693-2479.
