MOUNT CLEMENS (WWJ) – A 24-year-old man is jailed facing multiple charges in connection with a series of home invasions in Macomb County.

In each instance, sheriff’s officials say, the perpetrator broke into the homes during the daytime while the homeowners were away. Electronics, jewelry and coins were taken.
Longo was identified as a suspect in the case with the help of an eyewitness and home security camera footage.
He was arraigned via video in the 42-2 District Court of New Baltimore on five counts of home invasion – second degree was given a $50,000 cash-or-surety bond on each of the charges.
Home invasion – second degree is a felony punishable by a 15-year prison sentence and/or a $3,000
Longo remains lodged in the Macomb County Jail awaiting a hearing next Thursday.
