3 Firefighters Injured While Battling Blaze At Multi-Family Home
DETROIT (WWJ) - Three Detroit firefighters injured while battling a fire on the city's north end.
Deputy Fire Commissioner David Fornell telling WWJ's Charlie Langton that several firefighters were injured while battling the blaze.
"There are three firefighters injured," said Fornell, "two with back injuries, one with burns to the face."
Just after 8 a.m. Detroit firefighters were called to the multi-family home on Harmon and Brush - there were no other reported injuries in the complex.
The firefighters are in stable condition at Detroit Receiving Hospital.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
