Lions Fans Mob Mark Cuban In Detroit, Beg Him To Buy Team

DETROIT (97.1 The Ticket) - Mark Cuban is apparently a wanted man by Detroit Lions fans.

Cuban was attending a rally with Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton at Detroit's Eastern Market on Friday when he ran into 97.1 The Ticket's Dan Leach.

Cuban apparently was lost and asking for directions, but instead of quickly pointing him in the right direction, people "mobbed him," according to Leach. Detroit Lions fans then started begging Cuban to buy the team.

Cuban of course was non-committal and eventually got the directions he needed to make his way out of The D.

As for Leach's experience at the rally, we'll let him describe it:

"Hillary Clinton Entrance at event earlier at what was a truly beautiful looking historic Eastern Market...4,137 official attendance count. I know there are many that are against Clinton , many that are, against Trump , but it's a pretty special feeling to be 20 feet away from someone who might be our next President on Tuesday. I'm sure those that have been to Trump rallies feel the same way. We have our issues as a country, we are far from perfect, but we do live in a truly beautiful country, made up of so many amazing human beings. Compassionate, passionate, and loving human beings. Yes there has been some crazy rhetoric this election year. Just take a look at your news feed and you can see the vitriol. I just want to say that no matter who you vote for, I respect you as an human being and as an American! We are so lucky to have the privilege of being able to choose our leaders peacefully. Let's never forget that fine friends......Being part of the process is something that brings me to tears sometimes. That is what America, The Great Experiment, is all about!"
