Amazon Lowers Price Of Prime Membership For One Day Only

DETROIT(WWJ) - Amazon is lowering the price of its annual Prime membership, but if you want to save -- you have to act fast.

For one day only, on Friday, Nov. 18, Amazon.com is lowering the price of a Prime membership by 20 percent. Instead of $99, you'll pay $79. The deal expires at 11:59 p.m., pacific time.

The deal is for new members only and applies to only the first year of membership. Those interested must sign up using a special link: amazon.com/thegrandtourprime.

Amazon is offering the discount as a promotion for their new original series "The Grand Tour," which premieres exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on Friday. New episodes of The Grand Tour will be released weekly for 12 weeks.
