4th Suspect In West Texas Double Slaying Caught In Michigan
SAN ANGELO, Texas (AP) - Investigators say a fourth suspect in a West Texas double slaying has been captured in Michigan.
San Angelo police say 28-year-old Raymond Alvarado Jr. was arrested Thursday afternoon in Lansing, Michigan. Officials say a tip led officers to a residence in Lansing, where Alvarado was caught while leaving the home.
Alvarado faces extradition to Texas over the September fatal shooting of two men at a home in San Angelo. The victims were 28-year-old Jimmy Andrew Gonzales and 28-year-old Anthony Martinez, both of San Angelo.
Alvarado was wanted a warrant for capital murder of multiple persons. Three other capital murder suspects - a woman and two men - were arrested earlier and remain in custody.
Police have not released a possible motive for the killings.
