Westland Police Nab Suspect In Hit-And-Run Leaving Pedestrian In Critical Condition

WESTLAND (WWJ) – Police in Westland have a suspect in custody in connection with a hit-and-run that left a man in critical condition.

Around 9 p.m. Wednesday night, police were called to an accident in which a pedestrian had been struck by a car and fled the scene.

An investigation led to the suspect vehicle and subsequent arrest of the suspect. Police are not identifying the male suspect at this time.

According to police the victim remains in critical condition.
