Niner's GM Trent Baalke Has No Response That Teams Split With Harbaugh Wasn't Mutual
The great thing about the NFL Combine is knowing that every team is represented and usually both the general managers and coaches of each team are forced to talk to the media.
San Francisco 49'ers GM Trent Baalke took the podium at Lucas Oil Stadium surely with the expectations that he would be asked about former Niners coach Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh did a podcast last week where he stated the split between him and San Francisco was not mutual and Baalke was asked to give his side of the story.
"I have no response to that" Baalke said. "Jim's moved on, we've moved on. He's got a heck of a job, we've got a new football coach and we're trying to get ready for the draft, free agency and the offseason program."
Baalke was asked multiple questions about Harbaugh all with the same response...that both sides have moved on.
