Here’s the answer according to the WWJ-TV Programming Department.
“Let’s Make a Deal” is actually a CBS afternoon show airing on the network in other parts of the country weekdays at 3pm. Since WWJ-TV airs the program weekdays at 10am, it is not available to us when the CBS network carries afternoon sports. As a result, WWJ-TV is required to fill the time period locally. “Let’s Make a Deal” will be back on WWJ-TV Monday morning at 10am.
