    Mike Valenti’s statements regarding generating tax revenue in the city of Detroit by taxing what are currently illegal activities show his true disregard for the people who live in the city and have no resources to distant themselves from such activities. He is so short sighted about how this may harm more citizens and does not care. The few dollars generated would not touch the enormous need that exist now. And why does he think women who are regulated would be less prone to addiction and disease, just because he says so. What happens if a worker(male or female) develops a disease. Are they then “retired”? Who pays for their healthcare? Will they have a retirement fund? No they won’t. Why not use the platform you have for what you know.. You are out of your realm on this topic.
