Massachusetts-based Rocket Software said Friday it had completed the acquisition of Troy-based software developer Trubiquity.
The German factory and warehouse automation provider Dematic’s U.S. headquarters in Grand Rapids announced the purchase of Upturn Solutions, a Bigfork, Mont.-based developer of computerized maintenance management systems for distribution, warehouse and manufacturing centers. Dematic also said it plans to continue hiring in 2014 after adding 250 jobs in Grand Rapids in 2013.
