Authorities are hoping a $1,000 reward will encourage the public to help police identify a man suspected of robbing an Oakland County bank.
At noon on Aug. 31, an armed man made off with some cash from the TCF branch on Michigan Ave.
The hooded suspect walked a Fifth Third Bank branch, flashed a gun at the teller and demanded money.
Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Comerica Bank in Harrison Township.
Police said that the man stood in line at the Charter One Bank on Mack Ave. and waited for other customers to be served, then pulled down a ski mask, walked up to the teller and asked for the money.
A $1,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect wanted in connection with a bank robbery on Sunday.
Roy Lee Buck Jr. was charged with one count of bank robbery, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
Police said a man went into the bank on Woodward between 12 and 13 Mile Rd., demanding money and indicated that he had a gun.
Witnesses say it’s a wild scene with “police everywhere” after shots were fired at a Clinton Township bank.
She gave a note demanding money to a teller and implied she had a gun, Oakland County Sheriff’s officials said.
