A gunman was barricaded inside a Downriver home has surrendered peacefully after a 15-hour standoff with police.
Detroit police have arrested a woman who barricaded herself inside a west side apartment building following an argument with her husband.
The man walked over to police and said, “Y’all don’t have to do this,” at which point he was taken into custody without further incident.
