Emergency crews rushed to Detroit’s east side after a DDOT bus smashed into a building, killing the driver and trapping injured passengers inside.
Detroit police say several people have been taken to the hospital after the DDOT bus they were riding crashed into the side of a vacant building on the city’s east side.
The incident happened on Orchard Lake Road between 11 Mile Road and I-696 in Farmington Hills.
