General Motors says the new Chevrolet Corvette sports car will get 29 miles per gallon of gas in highway driving.
The probe by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration covers more than 103,000 Corvettes from the 2005 through 2007 model years.
Corvette Stingray’s $52,000 starting price is $1,400 more than current model.
New Vette to be unveiled January 13th, and go on sale toward end of year.
