Man Charged In Series Of Dearborn Vehicle Break-Ins

Dearborn Police arrested Juan Nehzeh Simmons, a 33-year-old Romulus resident, after watching him enter several unlocked parked cars in the area in an apparent attempt to steal items from the vehicles.
