“A simple traffic stop could become tragic,” Detroit Police Chief James Craig said recently about the dangers officers face every day.
Coleman says when some of the criminals saw them take a pay cut they were in shock.
“We don’t trust the consultants they’ve engaged,” an ACLU spokesman said.
