Police: Father Drove Drunk With Kids In Car

The Sheriff’s Department says 43-year old Robert J. Webster hit a patrol car just before 2 a.m. on Saginaw Street near Kemp. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department vehicle was acting as a backup to another deputy when the accident happened. Three kids were in his car.
