Ronald Ilitch was driving with a female passenger near a hotel on Detroit’s northwest side on Aug. 27 when police conducted a traffic stop and found cocaine in his possession.
Police said Ilitch was found in a motel on the city’s west side with crack cocaine and a prostitute.
“People gravitate to social media because it’s a way to seem like you’re contacting people while you take no risk,” Dr. Gerald Schiener said.
