Ieshia Barnes, 24, is being held on $500,000 bond in connection with Saturday night’s accident.
A 49-year-old Rochester Hills man was drunk when he caused a deadly crash on I-75 Friday night, according to police.
It happened at 6:10 p.m. Saturday on the northbound side of the freeway, near I-696, in Southfield.
Kelly Fiscelli is charged with operating with a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent or more.
“Each traffic death represents a family grieving the loss of a loved one,” said Michael Prince, director of the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning.
“The driver was highly intoxicated and really had no clue where he was at,” said Roseville Police Chief James Berlin.
