NextEra Energy Resources Selects GE’s New 1.7-100 Brilliant Wind Turbine for Michigan Wind Farm
On Wednesday GE (NYSE: GE) introduced the 1.7-100 Brilliant wind turbine, the world’s most efficient wind turbine in its class. GE will supply 59 of its new turbines, with a hub height of 80 meters (262 feet), to NextEra Energy Resources LLC’s wind farm, planned for the thumb region of Michigan.
GE Buying 2,000 Ford C-Max Energi Plug-in Hybrids
Ford Motor Co. Tuesday announced its largest ever plug-in electrified vehicle fleet sale, an order for 2,000 C-Max Energi plug-in hybrids from GE.
