The suspects apparently thought Swanson disrespected the Detroit-based rap-metal duo and didn’t deserve the tattoo.

The U.S. Justice Department has urged a judge to dismiss a lawsuit that blames the government for the negative effect of describing fans of Insane Clown Posse as a loosely organized gang.
The issue is a 2011 decision by federal law enforcement identifying Insane Crown Posse fans as a “criminal gang”.
In 2011, the FBI included Insane Clown Posse fans — known as Juggalos — in a national report on gangs.
The move comes after the FBI designated the groups’ fan base of jugalos and jugalettes a gang.
