Kettering Alum’s Foundation Donates To Jalen Rose Leadership Academy

2005 Kettering University graduate Brian Olatunji and his Leadfoot Foundation partnered with the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy, a Detroit charter school founded by former NBA and University of Michigan star Jalen Rose, to provide backpacks filled with school supplies to the school’s 240 students at an event Sept. 4.

Original ‘General Lee’ ’69 Charger Up Online To Benefit Jalen Rose Academy

One of the world’s last surviving 1969 Dodge Chargers from “The Dukes of Hazzard” TV show is currently being auctioned on eBay Motors with proceeds to benefit the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy in Detroit. Donated from University of Michigan player, ESPN-ABC studio analyst and 13-year NBA veteran Jalen Rose’s private collection, the vehicle was one of the last four vehicles remaining from the set and was purchased by Rose in 2001.
