Police: Man Drank, Didn’t Use Helmet Before ATV Crash Death

State police say a 28-year-old suburban Detroit man died after drinking alcohol and speeding down an Upper Peninsula logging road on an all-terrain vehicle without wearing a helmet or seat belt.
