CMU Research Corp. Adds $30M To Mid-Michigan Economy

The Central Michigan University Research Corp. Thursday announced it is working with 11 companies, assisting the businesses in their early development stages, fostering the creation of 85 jobs in the region and adding $30 million to the mid-Michigan economy last year.

The Central Michigan University Research Corp. and the Mount Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce Tuesda announced a partnership called the Prelaunch Passport Program to provide local resources such as accounting services and marketing consulting to startup businesses.
