The 2013 Polar Plunge to raise money for Special Olympics Michigan happens Saturday, Feb. 16, at Milliken State Park on the Detroit waterfront.
The University of Michigan Athletic Department announced they’re holding a Polar Plunge February 23 at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor as a fundraiser for Special Olympics of Michigan.
